Diet
The easiest way to start tracking your diet and
activities is to use our free Health Tracking Database.
We included this database into the UTS distributive.
After you have eat something, select "Food" matter, choose meal
item, enter number of portions, and tap "Add".
Each time before you start a physical activity select "Activities" matter,
choose activity item, and tap "Start". Tap the clock icon, in the
timer list, to stop the appropriate timer when you've finished the
activity. UTS will automatically subtract your energy waste from
day's total.
