Add\Edit BP Record dialog

Use this dialog to enter new readings or to modify an existing record. You may either enter numeric values in the edit boxes or check the corresponding values on the scales.

1Systolic pressure (SP)

Systolic pressure (SP)
Use this text field to type in the systolic (upper) pressure value in numeric format.

2SP scale

SP scale Check the corresponding values on the scale to enter your systolic pressure value.

3DP scale

DP scale Check the corresponding values on the scale to enter your diastolic pressure value.

4Notes

Notes
Use this field to add explanatory text to the record.

5Important check

Important check
Check the box to mark the record with importance sign (flag).

6Date

Date
Use this picker to specify the record date.

7OK button

OK button
Push the button to accept the changes.

8Diastolic pressure (DP)

Diastolic pressure (DP)
Use this text field to type in the diastolic (lower) pressure value in numeric format.

9Pulse

Pulse
Use this text field to type in the pulse value in numeric format.

10Pulse scale

Pulse scale Check the corresponding values on the scale to enter your pulse value.

11Series

Series
Use this pull down to assign a certain series to the record.

12Time

Time
Use this picker to set the record time.

13Cancel button

Cancel button
Push the button to discard the changes and close the dialog.
