Please follow these instructions to properly setup UTS Desktop Companion (UTSDC) on your PC.
1. Download the installation package from UTS website: http://www.utracksys.com
2. Extract setup.exe from the downloaded archive. Use WinZip or another ZIP software.
3. Run setup.exe and follow the instructions.
If you wish to synchronize your data with UTS for Palm OS software then you must have Palm Desktop installed on your PC and UTS for Palm OS modules installed on your PDA device.
UTS for Palm OS trial version comes with UTSDC. You may install it all together with UTSDC.
If you wish to use UTSDC with UTS for Palm OS then after installation you must change UTS conduit synchronization to "Handheld overwrites PC" and do HotSync before running UTSDC.
4. Run UTS Desktop Companion and setup your database.
