Groups\Items screen

The screen allows you to manage your Groups and Items within them.

Group is a set of Items that are measured by the same unit and affect the same Targets.
Item transforms the entered value into the Target values according to the specified factors.

For instance: Food is a Group, where particular dishes represent Items measured in portions. When you enter N 'portions' of a certain food Item, the entered value is transformed into the Target values: calories, fat, carbs,... according to the factors specified for this food Item.
