Setup the Goal\Plan dialog

The dialog allows you setting your goal weight and choosing the weight loss\gain plan.

1Current weight

Current weight
The field shows your current (last entered) weight value.

2Goal weight

Goal weight
Use this field to specify your goal weight that you wish to reach.

3Goal BMI

Goal BMI
Use this field to specify your goal BMI that you wish to reach.

4Total weight loss\gain

Total weight loss\gain
Use this field to specify how much weight you wish to loss or gain. Use the +\- button to check if you wish to gain or to lost the weight.

5Plan check

Plan check
If you wish to reach the goal weight by a certain date then check this button to specify the plan settings.

6Start weight

Start weight
Use this field to specify the weight value to start plan tracking with.

7Daily weight change

Daily weight  change
Use this box to specify or to see the predicted average daily weight change.

8OK button

OK button
Push the button to accept the changes.

9Plan type

Plan type
Select the plan type you wish to follow. On the charts your weight trend will be shown against the plan curve.

10Start date

Start date
Use this picker to set the start date of the plan program.

11End date

End date
Use this picker to set the date by which you wish to reach the goal weight.

12Cancel button

Cancel button
Push the button to discard the changes.
